Ceramic tiles for floor and glazed tiles for walls upto a height of 160 cms. Concealed piping, and C.P fittings.Sanitary fixtures matching tiles. Hot and Cold water taps with shower and piping for geyser in master bed toilet.

• Doors/Windows

Powder coated aluminum windows with glazed shutters.Moulded door for internal doors.Hardwood with marine ply insert for toilet doors.Entrance door in hardwood.

• Electrical

Concealed conduit wiring with copper conductor,adequate light and fan points,6/16 amps plugpoints ,etc.controlled by ELCB and MCBs with independent KSEB meters.

• Painting

Putty and oil bound distemper finish for all internal walls and ceiling of living/dining area with roller finish.Oil bound distember ceiling in other areas. Enamel paint for wood work.

• Fire Fighting

Fire fighting arrangements as per Kerala Building rules and Fire force requirements. Every floor provided with hose reel box and hose.

One passenger lift and one bed lift stopping on all floors.
